Established National Chemical Carriers (NCC) in 1990 in 80:20 partnership with SABIC
Currently owns and operate 23 chemical tankers
NCC signed a 50:50 JV with Odfjell , Norway in Dubai to operate a combined fleet of chemical tankers in a pool. NCC will acquire Odfjell’s 50% stake in NOCT from 1st June 2013 and will become a 100 percent owner of NOCT.
1 tanker under construction, to join the fleet during 2013.

General Cargo

Offers liner service by operating 4 fully owned RoRo/Conventional/Container vessels in the Arabian Gulf-ISC/Red Sea/Mediterranean/US-Canada (East Coast)/US Gulf
The vessels are highly suited for RoRo, break bulk, projects, military and containerized cargo.
4 RoCon vessels are under construction and are expected to be delivered during 2013-2014

Dry Bulk

Established Bahri Dry Bulk (BDB),a JV with Arabian Agricultural Services Company (ARASCO), in 2010 to transport dry bulk cargo.
Capital 200 Million Saudi Riyals.
60% owned by Bahri and 40% by ARASCO.
ARASCO is the largest bulk importer into the region and experienced in grain commodities imports.
5 Dry-Bulk vessels are under construction and expected to be delivered during 2013-2014.
