Bahri has diversified its business into new sectors through a 20-year agreement with Kingdom’s Saudi Water Authority (SWA) to establish three floating desalination barges capable of producing 150,000 cubic meters per day of high-quality drinking water using cutting-edge treatment processes.
The barges are built with advanced RO technology and sustainable design, they minimize environmental impact while ensuring operational reliability. This innovative solution deliver unmatched flexibility, scalability and supports Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by enhancing water security and reducing infrastructure costs.
Guinness World Records officially recognized Bahri Desalination’s innovative mobile seawater desalination plant as the largest of its kind.
