The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) announces that its Board of Directors has decided in its meeting held on 24 December 2015 to recommend to the Company's General Assembly to distribute cash dividends amounting to SAR 393,750,000 (SAR 1 per share) for the financial year ending 31 December 2015, also the board recommended to distribute additional cash dividends amounting to SAR 590,625,000 (SAR 1.5 per share) for the financial year ending 31 December 2015 which will make the total cash dividends amounting to SAR 984,375,000 (SAR 2.5 per share representing 25% of the share nominal value). Shareholders eligible for the dividends will be those who are registered at Tadawul at the close of the trading on day of the General Assembly which will be announced by the Company at a later date
