The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) announces that its Board of Directors has decided in its meeting held on 15 December 2016 to recommend to the Company's General Assembly to distribute cash dividends amounting to SAR 984,375,000 for 393,750,000 shares for the financial year ending 31 December 2016 (SAR 2.5 per share representing 25% of the share nominal value) . Shareholders eligible for the dividends will be those who are registered at Tadawul at the close of the trading on day of the General Assembly which will be announced by the Company at a later date, and there will be an announcement of dividend distribution date.
