On behalf of the company, Hisham Alkhaldi, Chief Support Officer of Bahri, accepted the award at a grand ceremony hosted by CIPD, a London-headquartered professional body for HR and people development, the awards recognized individuals, teams and organizations for their outstanding achievements in people management and development.

An independent panel of HR professionals and CIPD subject matter experts chose Bahri for the ‘Best Recruitment & Talent Management Strategy’ award, which was bestowed to Bahri by Peter Cheese, CEO of CIPD.

Alkhaldi noted that as part of its HR efforts, Bahri is committed to continuously automating its HR systems and currently uses one of the best specialized recruitment and talent management software.
