The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia EGM held on Monday 19/06/2023G has approved the capital increase via bonus shares. Thus, the fluctuation limits on Tuesday 20/06/2023G for National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia will be based on a share price of SAR 22.90 and the outstanding orders will be canceled. Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the addition shares into the investor’s portfolios Thursday 22/06/2023G.
